There are four model simulation teams organized under the umbrella of KSU's Global Society. Each of these teams is comprised of students who learn about global issues relevant to the real-world international organization whose activities they seek to replicate.

Every semester, these teams prepare to compete in various conferences held regionally, nationally, and internationally. It is at these conferences where the operations of these real-life organizations are simulated. Students participate by acting as representatives of different governments, coming together to experience hands-on the activities of international diplomacy.
